Garden Day in Lynchburg
Come visit Lynchburg, including April 19th, and tour some of the city’s gorgeous homes and gardens. Five homes and gardens are featured this year plus some of our local historic sites are offering special tours and events. Visit Point of Honor, Miller-Claytor House and Gardens, Sandusky, The Anne Spencer Garden, Old City Cemetery and Sweet Briar House. Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest will be conducting special house and landscape tours, teaching visitors about historic garden archeology and restoration (free with regular admission or Lynchburg Garden Day ticket). Come stay at The Carriage House Inn Bed and Breakfast, enjoy our delicious four-course breakfast before your day of touring, when finished touring have a relaxing massage in our on-site massage and bodyworks studio to treat yourself after all of the walking you have done. Tickets for all five properties are $20, if purchased in advance or $25 if purchased on April 19th. Single site admission is $8.
